Refund-Policy

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with SYN Unique, You would need to contact SYN Unique via email at info@synunique.com, by phone at +91 7795429986 or by accessing your account with SYN Unique.

Refund, returns or exchanges request is accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with SYN Unique. SYN Unique may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

If the refund request is granted by SYN Unique, payments are refunded as follows:

Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within four (4) business days

If applicable, SYN Unique reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
