Return Terms

        Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have completed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t provide you with a refund or exchange.
        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and within the same condition that you simply received it. It must even be within the original packaging.
Several sorts of goods are exempt from being returned.

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for an equivalent item, send us an email at info@synunique.com

  • Any item not in its original condition, is broken or missing parts for reasons undue to our error Any item that’s returned quite 15 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable)
  • Customized products, We don’t accept Returns for Customized, because customized products are made & designed uniquely for dedicated customer, hence no returns. Please check samples before ordering.
  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers or magazines  can’t be Exchanged / Returned
  • We also don’t accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods
  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
  • To complete your return, we require an Original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

        Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email/call to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, then your refund are going to be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a particular amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

         If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Bank account , it’s going to take a while before your refund is officially posted, Next contact your respective bank there’s often some time interval before a refund is posted If you’ve done all of this and you continue to haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at info@synunique.com .

         if the item was marked as a Gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the worth of your return once the returned item is received (only purchased value will be refunded),.

Customer will be liable for paying for their own return shipping charges.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the value of return shipping will be deducted from your refund value.
Depending on customer shipping address to seller address,  the time it’s going to deem your exchanged product to reach in you, may vary shipment time depends on courier partner.
